Who we are. 

David Flax is Morgan Ross Group’s President, founder and strategy guru. A respected innovator in the recruiting and personnel development industry, he was among the first to make effective use of the Internet with his company ExecuSource in 1998. With the launch of Morgan Ross as a career management team for life—and for only the most accomplished professionals—David has again created a new business model suited to the times… and likely ahead of them.

David was born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island. He graduated cum laude from the State University of New York-College at Oswego, where he was Secretary and President of his fraternity.

After graduating, he began working for the Big Four firm Ernst & Young in their New York City office. He was then hired by his client PriCellular Corp. (publicly traded) as Assistant Controller, and worked on SEC reporting, acquisition due diligence, treasury and financial reporting, two bond offerings, an IPO and a secondary. He next took on responsibilities as Corporate Controller in PriCellular’s sister company, Price Communications, which in time became part of today’s AT&T.

David began his recruiting career in 1996 and launched his own company, ExecuSource, in Atlanta in 1998. As a top innovator and producer in the search industry, he has generated over $5 million in personal production over his career.

David lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children. He enjoys fast cars and motorcycles, sports, beach vacations and family time.
