Was responsible for preparation of the Statement of Cash Flows, SEC reporting; managing the external audit, accounting for goodwill, marketable securities, EPS calculations and deferred taxes. From there he started an internal audit department which has responsibility for SOX 404 Compliance. Currently seeking an opportunity to become a Controller.
