Internal Auditor

This position is part of a two year program where associates work in a variety of 4-month rotations (i.e. Operations, Finance, Merchandising/Supply Chain, International/IT/Growth,). In addition, as part of the program associates are trained in Six Sigma. The ILP associate is responsible for organizing and planning segments on multiple projects in any function, process, or business unit within the Company. The auditor works on differing teams to define project objectives, complete process analysis, identify and quantify process opportunities, and facilitate and institute change for projects in controllership (strategic risk assessments, business process reviews) and operational excellence (process improvement and Six Sigma).
